It starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall

“There is a harmony in autumn, and a luster in its sky, which through the summer is not heard or seen, as if it could not be, as if it had not been” – Percy Bysshe Shelley

It’s that time of year that we all love, the run down to Halloween, bonfire night and then Christmas!

A time for celebration and festivity! As the year starts to come to a close, we start to reminisce in the memories we have made throughout the year.

Outcomes the hot chocolates, the blankets, the good old film classics and the hot bubbly baths!

Our successes, our failures – setting our goal for the following year!

One of the main reasons I love this time of the year… It’s ginger season! I can come out of hiding and enjoy the fresh air, no sweating like crazy and a face as red as a tomato from the dizzy summer UK temperature heights of 15°C! I’m free! Goodbye unattractive sweat marks! See you next summer!

Also, my Urticaria hates the summer! Heat and sweat can also trigger my urticaria… Lucky me!

So as the cooler seasons roll in, I’m in my element, I am good to go!

Whilst everyone else has started their Christmas shopping, I’ve got my order in at myprotein getting ready for my running/jogging season!

As some of you know from my very first blog! During the summer I completed my second tough mudder!

I have now signed up for my third tough mudder next year but want to improve on my time from last year and have the ability to complete more obstacles and brave the legionnaire abstacles too!

So now is my chance to start training….. Before the summer creeps up on me again! 😱

Happy ginger season fellow gingers!
